Our facility is conveniently located at 109 Thomas Park Drive in Monticello, Minnesota 55362. We’re right off Interstate 94, offering easy access to anyone in the community. Our Office Location is at 119 Oakwood Drive East Monticello, Minnesota 55362 (kitty-corner to the facility).
HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM BECKER, MINNESOTA?
Residents of Becker, Minnesota can easily reach us after just a 14-minute drive from their city. By taking US Route 10 from Becker, our customers are served with a convenient storage solution within a short distance!
WHAT ARE YOUR ACCESS HOURS?
We offer 24-hour access to anyone using our services! It doesn’t matter when you’re free to drive out here – you’ll be able to access your storage unit anytime you want!
WHEN CAN I VISIT YOUR OFFICE?
We’re open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (during the summer months), so our customers can visit us and get professional assistance from our friendly team. Our actual offices are located at 119 E Oakwood Drive, which is right next to our storage facility.
DO I NEED TO DRIVE THERE TO PAY MY RENT?
Good question! With our online bill pay option, you can pay your monthly rent from anywhere with an internet connection, so you don’t have to drive out here. Not only that, but you can make a new purchase, rent a new storage unit, and even update your information.
DO YOU OFFER VEHICLE STORAGE?
We sure do! If you want to store your vehicle, we’ve got a variety of safe parking spots that can hold it for you – whether you own a car, boat, RV, trailer, motorcycle, van, or nearly any other kind of vehicle.
WHAT IS DRIVE-UP ACCESS?
Drive-up access is what enables our tenants to park their vehicle in front of their storage unit. This allows them to complete their move quickly and comfortably, because they don’t have to park their vehicle outside and carry their belongings to our property. They’re only a few steps away from their unit!
HOW SAFE IS YOUR FACILITY?
Our facility is surrounded by perimeter fencing and provides access to our customers through a security gate. Besides, it’s located in a highly visible place and well lit at night, offering a secure place to store your belongings.
